It is with great pleasure that I can finally invite you to explore the world of The Epic Adventures of the Techno Wizard!
The Epic Adventures of the Techno Wizard is a children’s fantasy book series with a similar target audience as Harry Potter (grades 3-8), and is a story the whole family can enjoy. It follows the adventures of Sam Shelton, a 13-year-old boy who is the only person in Avalon who can’t use the magical power of aether. He’s also the only person in Avalon with a bag of high-tech spy gear, a solar-powered cell phone with intermittent signal back to Earth, and a murderous wizard emperor on his tail…so he’s got a lot going for him.
In Passage to Avalon (Book 1 of the series) I take a humorous, action-packed, and modern spin on the portal fantasy genre (think Chronicles of Narnia with smartphones) by combining traditional magical fantasy with near-future technology and social media.
I have poured my heart and soul into this project, and hope that it is a mere taste of things to come. Explore the site, have fun, make suggestions, and always remember to SURROUND YOURSELF WITH AWESOMENESS!
